Gaby Wieland is a qualified Naturopath, Herbalist and cooking instructor, working with community groups and schools. Besides giving courses at home in Cliffony, Co. Sligo, specialising in herbs and raw food, she has lectured at The Organic Centre since 1997. Gaby published “Neantog Cookbook” in 2008.

Gaby will be providing us with a fascinating look at what can be gleaned and foraged from all around us that is good to eat. She will explain to us about the wild herbs that grow right in front of us that can flavour our food and benefit our health. Be amazed and perhaps pick up your lunch . Gaby’s demonstration takes place at the Lobster Marquee at 12:00 midday on Sunday 7th July.
